I ordered these as a replacement to the stock lights because I broke both of the stock plastic housings, and the lights were just flopping back and forth. These were easy to install and look great. The lights are very bright and really do look great. I haven't had it out on any night rides yet, however they are brighter than stock for sure. Wiring was super easy, and all metal construction looks like it will hold up better long term. My only wish is that the wires on the back of each light pod could be a little more protected or came out at 90 degrees, they are a little close to the shock tower and I zip tied them out of the way. I am very happy, and they look awesome.
Great looking and BRIGHT
These were very easy to install, they look great on the machine, and the light output is intense. I already had Heretic's 6 inch light bar that comes built into the shock tower mount, which is an awesome minimalist design and provides good light output. I also have the Diode Dynamics SS3 Max mounted as ditch lights that put out a lot of light as well. Let's just say when the headlights are on full power they are brighter than both the 6 inch bar and the ditch lights.
If you want quality
I can't say enough good things about Heretic studios. Their customer service has to be one of the best i have had. Had a little issue with my high beams notworking.Gave them a call and was given an RMA#.... I have been running there headlights now for close to 3 years along with there 40" light bar .... 6" light bar along with a pair of their Quattro pods. I can honestly never say i have had a problem seeing whatever is in front of me as i run them all at the same time whether out in the desert or at the dunes. I can say people definitely do not like me heading towards me! LOL The staff at Heretic is totally awesome ... They were going to have Matt Burke come out to see if he could diagnose the issue but we were able to get it situated. How many other companies / Manufactures will do this for you? So, with there awesome customer service and there no hassle warranty you just can't go wrong. Thank you again TEAM HERETIC
